Our Managing Partners
Abraham & Nancy Ornelas
Abraham and Nancy are co-founders of Multi-Family RN Capital. Nancy has 11 years of experience in telemetry/stepdown, and Abraham has 10 years of experience in critical care. They both received their nursing degrees from the University of Texas at Brownsville. They ventured into the world of real estate investing five years ago, focusing on single family real estate. In 2022 they took a bold step forward by transitioning their real estate endeavors into multifamily properties and co-founded Multifamily RN Capital.
Beyond their professional achievements, Nancy and Abraham are driven by a shared passion for making a positive impact. They consider themselves blessed to have the opportunity to touch lives through both their nursing career and real estate venture. Their journey has given them insights into the power of financial independence, and they are on a mission to extend this financial and time freedom to fellow healthcare professionals.
